Anxiety is like cold, we all feel it but some are more resistant than others.
I believe that the body can communicate with aware consciousness by changing the inner goings of the system.
With time, most bodies develop a vocabulary to talk with the conscious mind.
For many people this conversation doesn’t happen consciously, so the body has to develop a vocabulary that is very dramatic.
When the instinct detect danger of any kind, it will tense the abdomen and change blood flow, giving the sensations of butterfly in the stomach.
If I show that I consciously understand the message, the body stops this communication.
But if I ignore and ignore, the body will tense many muscular groups, trying to convey a message to the aware mind.
