CBD Dose

Last year I worked at a high-end CBD dispensary in Amsterdam.

There I talked with many people looking to learn more about CBD usage.

With time I developed a routine that I found accurate and useful.

Usually I told people that the way to dose CBD is to start with a very low dose and work their way up untill the effects were noticeable.

It's also important to keep in mind that for many people CBD is not the solution, so keep the mind open to this.

With this, the best way to choose the CBD product is to choose a way of intake (Skin, oil, edible, crystals...) and start with the lower dose available (because of the price) and play with the dosage.

After the right dosage is found, the costumer can return to the store and buy the product with a more appropriate potency (so they don't have to have the inconvenience of ordering again).
