I believe that the right tactic here is to offer a group of cheap products for a higher price. Then, you get costumers that are willing to pay more and typically these kind of costumers don't complain much and rarely asks for costumer service.

Another advantage to selling packs of products is that you can charge a higher price for each operation and still deliver a cheap product.
