I found that a challenging journey is not the same as a bad one.

Unconformable situations happens all the time, but sober they seem easier to deal with or ignore.

The psychedelic journey brings a state of mind of absolute confrontation.

For people who resists, the psychedelic will push the boundaries. If you keep resisting the psychedelic will show you how to let go. If you can't let go still, the sacred teacher will insist.

If you still hold on, you will suffer.

I also believe that the natural mechanism of breaking the fourth wall (the mental verbalization that analyzes the situation from outside and makes a judgment) very often contributes to the panic state. Panic is caused by an internal factor.

When our cognitive system points to a strangeness in the body it can became alarmed and speak loudly. Even louder than the voice in your head telling you to relax because you took a substance intentionally and totally expect things to be unusual and there is no reason to panic.
